Frey Dark Hazelnut Supreme

Happy Tuesday! It’s day two of ‘Frey Week’: can I hear a “woop woop”? *Silence*. Nope? Ok then. Today I’m having a gander at Frey’s Dark Hazelnut Supreme bar… something which is relatively new even in Europe I think, meaning that this is probably as close as I’m going to get to an ‘exclusive’. I haven’t seen it reviewed anywhere else on the net to date… so TheSnackReview is obviously the place to be.

Graze Box Review

I’ve mostly focussed on chocolate on this blog so far, and that’s probably the way it will stay in the future. That’s quite simply because I write and review about what I snack on, and I tend to snack on chocolate rather than crisps/cereal bars/nuts etc. However I’ve got an open mind, and when the opportunity to try the ‘Graze’ experience came up, I leapt at the chance.

Graze is the name of a company based in the UK which delivers letterbox sized parcels containing four healthy and nutritious snack pots to your home. I think the idea behind the company is that people tend to snack ignorantly and aimlessly with negative effects on their health. Whereas each, well portioned, snack pod here comes with an exact calorie/fat/fibre content. So you can keep an effective track on what and how much you’re snacking on.

Heavenly Cakes Baked Chocolate Cheesecake

It’s a slightly unnerving moment when you open up a chocolate product and it smells of cheese. It’s an experience I’ve had twice in a short space of time now as well; first with the Philadelphia Cadbury and now with the Baked Chocolate Cheesecake from Heavenly Cakes.

The Twix has always been the mainstream bar, along with a Mars Bar, that I trust. When you walk into a newsagents or past a vending machine, you’re hungry and you’ve got a quid in your pocket, everybody has a ‘regular’ that they’ll turn to.
