Cadbury P.S

012I like reviewing rarer chocolate. It feels a bit more special to eat- and today’s review DEFINITELY counts as rare. Cadbury’s P.S bar comes all the way from sunny South Africa, adding another exotic country to the places I’ve reviewed products from before. What is it? Well before I ate it, I couldn’t have told you! I didn’t even know it existed until I was given it as a gift.

Frey Chocobloc White:

You’re probably starting to know the drill now regarding Frey’s Chocobloc range. It is a series of flavoured bars similar to the Toblerone, and after the Dark, Milk and Orange varieties, I’ve got their white chocolate version to review today on day 4 of Frey Week. Saffire Peanut Crunch

Having been seriously impressed with Saffire’s Pop Chocswhich I reviewed earlier in the summer, I was eager to get my teeth into another one of their range- so after paying a visit to their shop, I came away with a much more conventional looking product in the form of a Peanut Crunch bar of chocolate. I know I waffled for a bit last time I reviewed their stuff about how cool their shop was…but I’l do it again anyway. There was an abundance of shapes, sizes, colours and flavours on display and it was generally pretty cool.

Ritter Sport Strawberry Yoghurt

Ritter are a German chocolate company who have finally broken through in the UK a little recently. Having seen virtually nothing of theirs on sale here previous to about 2011, I’ve seen Ritter chocolate increasingly popping up- albeit only a few of the bars from their huge range which comprises of nearly 30 different flavours (including pear brandy mousse, cappuccino cream and butter caramel cream!)

Thorntons- Banana and Custard Chocolate

Last week, I reviewed Thorntons’ Jam Roly Poly Truffles which come from their summer range, ‘The Best of British’. Following on from that, I have another of their summer chocolates to look at today, this time a proper bar of chocolate.  Described as ‘white chocolate with sweetened banana chips, vanilla seeds and custard flavour’ I was hoping for something a bit better than the Jam Roly Poly Truffles.
